KPR Industries to set up caustic soda plant

KPR Industries Ltd is planning to set up a caustic soda plant in Balabhadrapuram in Bikkavolu in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. The project involves setting up a caustic soda plant with a capacity of 400 tpd based on membrane cell base. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 6000 million. The plant will produce caustic soda flakes, caustic potash flakes, liquid chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, chlorinated paraffin wax etc.,
