Kromaa Industries to expand its organic pigment unit at Vapi in Valsad district in Gujarat with an investment of Rs. 11.2 million. Presently, unit is manufacturing 60 MTPM of Inorganic Pigments and it is proposed to add new Organic pigments with capacity of 90 TPM. After proposed expansion, the total production capacity will be 150 TPM. Expansion will be carried within the existing plant premises.
Fine Fragrances to expand its perfume intermediates unit at Ankleshwar in Bharuch district in Gujarat with an investment of Rs. 12.03 million. The project involves expanding organic perfumery intermediates from 25.4 MTPM to 50.54MTPM.
Magnum Organics to set up organic chemical unit at Ankleshwar in Bharuch district in Gujarat with an investment of Rs. 1.7 million. The project involves setting up of manufacturing unit to produce 1000MTPM of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LAB) and 1022 MTPM of Sulphuric Acid (80 %) will be recovered as by product.
Indian Rayon to expand its production capacity of Veraval unit in Junagadh district of Gujarat with an investment of Rs. 550 million. The project involves expanding production capacity of viscose filament Rayon from 1300 MTPM to 1650 MTPM and Caustic Soda Plant from 200 TPD to 400 TPD. Besides, production capacity of sulphuric acid will increase to 3600MTPM. Prouction capacity of sodium sulphide and carbon di sulphide will remain same as 100MTPM and 1000MTPM respectively. Production of chlorine and HCl will increase to 10560 MTPA and 180MTPM respectively. The capacity of compressed hydrogen and sodium hypo chlorite would be 650000Nm3/m and 3750MTPM. It is proposed to enhance the production capacity of Viscose Filament Yarn through modification in machinery & Caustic Soda Plant installation of three electrolysers in the plant premises.
