Riona Laminates Pvt Ltd is planning to set up a phenol formaldehyde plant in Satranpur in Wankaner district in Rajkot district of Gujarat with an investment of Rs. 90 million. The project involves setting up of manufacturing facility to produce phenol formaldehyde resin (550 mtpm) and melamine formaldehyde resin (100 mtpm)
RSPL Ltd is planning to set up a greenfield soda ash plant in Kuranga village in Dheraka Taluka in Jamnagar district of Gujarat. The project involves setting up of a soda ash plant with a capacity to produce 1500 tpd of light soda ash and 770 tpd of medium soda ash and a captive power plant of 50 MW. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 18000 million.
S C Enviro Agro India Pvt Ltd is planning to expand its pesticide unit in Boisar village in Palghar Tehsil in Thane district of Maharashtra. The project involves expanding its production capacity from 209 mtpm to 344 mtpm. After expansion, the unit will produce Cyphenothrin Technical (GKL), Bioallethrin Technical (BAL), Esbiothrin Technical (EBT) and will produce hydrochloric acid as by product.
S M Chemicals is planning to expand its chemical unit in Vapi in Pardi Taluka in Valsad district of Gujarat. The project involves expanding its manufacturing facilities to produce Poly phosphoric acid, Plastic Additive (i.e. Diphenyl Isodecyl phoshite, Diphenyl 2-ehtyl hexyl phosphate, Phenyl Di- isodecyl phosphate, Tri–decyl phosphate, Trtrisdecyl phosphate Tris nonyl phenyl phospate. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 19.57 million.
